Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime. To make changes, sign in to your account dashboard and click on “subscriptions”. Then, click on the 3 dot icon to the right of the page. You’ll see a link to cancel. Alternatively, you can downgrade your membership to the free plan as well. Please note, there will be no refunds for memberships, but you will have access for the full term of your paid membership.
Can I receive a refund?
Your paid membership gives you instant access to all downloadable patterns and resources within your membership level. For this reason, I cannot process refunds once purchased. If you want to preview what is in the pattern vault prior to purchase, I invite you to visit my shop page which has all my patterns available for individual purchase.
