I eat lettuce like a rabbit – plain and fresh. I love the crunch, the water content, the simplicity. If any kind of dressing is necessary, give me a few drops of oil and vinegar and voila. Romaine, iceberg, green leaf, red leaf, bib, boston, you name it. Salad. Every. Day. But out of all the delicious options, I landed on this crochet lettuce leaf pattern which can, of course, be made for green leaf lettuce or red leaf lettuce, or both!
